  • 8 weeks long
  • 5 workouts per week
  • Each workout takes less than 60 minutes to complete
  • Workouts alternate every other week for increased variability 
  • 2 phases: month 1 and month 2. Month 2 has increased repetitions of the same workouts to increase your intensity
  • Combines strength, interval and cardio workouts using unique structures for optimal results
  • All moves easily are easily modifiable 
  • Only required equipment are dumbbells and any cardio machine(s)
  • For both men and women
