Hey everyone! For those of you I’m meeting for the first time, my name is Katelyn Scrivano. I’m 22 years old, currently living in North Carolina and am a masters student at Duke. Some of you may know me from Brighton, MI, some from the University of Michigan, some from Duke, some from my fitness IG page @katescrivfit, but I’m sure I’m just a stranger to a lot of you too! So whoever you may be, just know I’m pumped you’ve come across my page.
I’ve been going back and forth for a long time about starting a blog, and since I now have more on my plate than I ever had in my life, I decided to go for it! Makes sense!
Jokes aside, I wanted to start this blog for a couple reasons. First, I thought it would be really fun and enjoyable and why not do things that sound fun and enjoyable? I also wanted a place where I could post the full versions of recipes and workouts rather than the short ones you may have seen on my Instagram account. But my biggest hope is that this page will make a difference – whether that be in one person’s life, a couple people’s lives or maybe one day a lot of people’s lives. Fitness, health, and happiness are all too important to not spread to others.
I’ll mainly be posting all things fitness & health related, so for those of you looking for recipes, workout, tips, and motivation, this is your place! I’ve loved working with such awesome people over the past few years and am thrilled to continue helping others achieve their goals.
In addition to these topics, I hope to tie in some other equally important aspects of my life. Things like family, travel, adventure, hobbies, and just anything that makes life a little sweeter.
